Well SOM-C-72-H was mined through in 1994, and the integrity of this well for monitoring <br />hydrologic information in the B seam was believed to have been lost. However, subsequent <br />checks of the well revealed a water level and monitoring was resumed. Table 1.4-2 has been <br />revised accordingly (enclosed). <br />2. Sediment accumulations below the flume aze being cleared at each visit. This procedure <br />appeazs to be an effective resolution of the problem. <br />3. Please find revised (baseline flow information added) Tables D-1 and E-1 enclosed for the <br />North Fork Upper station.
