<br />• Place protective soil cover. <br />' Complete final grading and site cleanup. <br />The Engineer/Owner reserves the right to modify the Contractor's planned schedule at the time <br />of its submission to meet the overall project requirements. <br />The Contractor shall submit the schedule developed concurrently with his bid. The schedule must <br />clearly identify the critical path of activities necessary to complete the designated work. The <br />schedule submitted shall be in accordance with the actual calendar days on which actual work <br />' will be performed. The schedule shall be detailed to identify all work activities, critical <br />milestones, and float times. At a minimum, all activities addressed by these Specifications shall <br />be incorporated into the schedule. The schedule shall become part of the contract documents. <br />' 2.7 As-Built Drawings <br />' The Contractor shall provide the Owner with "as-built" Drawings by properly recording all <br />dimensions that are necessary for construction but are not indicated on the plans, and all changes <br />' to any dimensions on the plans. The Contractor shall provide the Owner with all measurements <br />and all data required. Preparation of the "as-built" Drawings will be the responsibility of the <br />Contractor. <br />2.8 Demobilisatioo <br />' Demobilization shall consist of the removal of temporary structures and shaping, contouring, and <br />' grading to provide surfaces for permanent stabilization and reclamation as required by the <br />Owner. <br />' The Contractor shall remove all trash, debris, and waste material from the site and properly <br />dispose of said material. The Owner shall have the right to determine what is waste material or <br />' rubbish and the manner and place of disposal. All material furnished for the execution of the <br />work and thereby purchased by the Owner shall remain the property of the Owner. <br />' The Contractor shall clean out all installations and tear down and remove all temporary <br />structures built by the Contractor. Any existing structures or installations shall lave the site area <br />' in a condition at least as good as the condition prior to construction. The Contractor shall also <br />grade the construction site to provide proper drainage and give a sightly appeirarrce. <br />The final condition of the conswction site is subject to the approval of the Owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
