The following summarizes regulatory related activities: <br />• In the well field: a Sundry Notice was submitted for 6H pull back; no wells were plugged or <br />abandoned; and no new wells were drilled. A drilling consultant has been reviewing work <br />performed to data on the 2A-2V water well conversion identifying methods for bringing the <br />well into production. The consultant also worked on the 7H well pair. Evaluations of the status <br />of the wells were conducted and alternative scenarios are being prepared to bring the wells into <br />production. <br />• There was one undesirable event that occurred when a hole appeazed in the barren solution line. <br />The spill was contained by berms on the road. <br />• The pressure transducers failed in several monitor wells, the BLM issued a letter of non- <br />compliance. It is anticipated that new pressure transducers and data loggers will be installed at <br />the beginning of 2007. <br />• Twelve site inspections by the BLM and one inspection by the EPA were performed. <br />2007 Annual Report 3 of 18 <br />
