being worn faithfully and sanitation schedules have been posted and are followed. <br />I • <br />4.1.4 Process <br />Pregnant liquor is delivered to the plant from the recovery well and flows to the pregnant <br />liquor storage tank located in the tank farm. Within the process building, the bicarb in the <br />pregnant liquor is crystallized by cooling, dewatered by cycloning, screening, and <br />centrifuging before being flash dried. The dried product is diverted either to screening <br />facilities where the product is differentiated into various USP grades; or directly to the <br />b .k storage dome. The screening facility is designed to reject part of the production <br />:am across a belt scalf; to the storage dome. Screened production is measured by <br />inually probing the storage silos and comparing measurements to existing strapping <br />.tiles. All bulk product leaving the facility is weighed on the truck scale. All packaged <br />product from the silos is weighed on the bag packer or tote bag filler.
