Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date
of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall
contain at n minimum:
The report was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on February 6, 1998.
under a Powderhom Coal Company letter (Larry M. Reschke) of February 5, 19988. The submittal
date for this report was March 30, 1997. The Powderhorn Coal Company letter acknowledges the
late submittal, and alludes to Division's indulgence. A preliminary review (March 16, 1998,
attached) of the report was accomplished by Dan Mathews, and transmitted to Jim Burnell on March
16, 1998.
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtanzed from each monitoring site during the venter
year;
The report is in compliance with this rule with the exceptions noted in the March I6 preliminary
review.
