Site <br />inspections by the BLM and EPA were performed with compliance noted. <br />3.1.2 Project Activities <br />Two monitoring wells and two production wells were completed in 1997 to begin mining cavity <br />#3A in August. Mining of cavity #2A was suspended in September because of high salt yield <br />from this area of the wellfield.
