3) Loaded the p~ software onto the t35 i~ office, made
other preparati for installing the data hway +.
3/6/92
down day
1) Routed the data highway to my office, during the power
down.
2) Helped the electricians check the breakers in the main
MCC.
3) Did a full span calibration of CV2 on start up.
4) Cleaned and calibrated the Ph probes.
3/9/92
1) worked some more on installing the data highway onto the
T35 computer. Got the KT card working properly, but the data
highway wiring may not be working as it should.
2) Installed the control view software onto the T35.
3) Checked the Ph probes and calibrated the titration room ph
probe.
4) Ordered solenoid valve kits and coils to repair broken
solenoid valves.
5) Karen asked me to write up a requisition for the
intelligent control panel power supply.
3/10/92
1) Ron Zumwalt asked me to look into the strip processor
faults, I found no problems with the strip processor in its
logic or RAM.
2) I suggested to Paul that the pprocessor was probably
faulting due to power problems. I had the electricians look
at the power connections in the lpf panel and clean out the
marshalling panel. I disassemble the UPS unit powering the
strip plc and cleaned it out.
3) Rick was having problems with the titration machine, he
was getting an error message and he couldn't reset it. I
turned the machine off, checked the probes and wiring and
then turned the machine back on. The machine went into the
ready state and didn't appear to have any problems. Rick
then took a titration which was accurate.
3/11/92
1) The strip processor had faulted once again so I looked
into the ladder logic for processor errors. Again I could
find nothing wrong with the processor or the logic. I was
told by Tad,that the processor may have faulted due to
moisture built up from the draining of the strip column.
