outside of any property controlled by the current Operator, was constructed under a <br />Technical Revision under Permit M-1977-293. Final determination of responsibility for <br />this site was made after the Operator had completed reclamation and maintenance work <br />on other sites in the area and equipment had been removed. Therefore, no site work was <br />done at the vent site in 2002. The Operator will address final reclamation (removal of fan <br />and concrete collar) upon the next opportunity when equipment is working in the area. <br />The site is stable, and the vent shaft has been backfilled to near the surface, so this site <br />does not presently pose any hazards and no local degradation is occurring. <br />4 <br />
