Susan Mowry
Page 2
It is probable that future spring runoff will cause
further stability problems with the mine access road
and 42 inch silo conveyor bents unless remedal
measures are taken. the stability of slopes in these
2 areas, due to high slope angles, water problems,
and previous sliding, is marginal. Also the 8 inch
waterline was repaired to temporarily and left on the
surface. Measures to keep it from freezing must be
taken before cold weather.
Details for the proposed retaining wall, waterline
relocation, and existing retaining wall extension are
attached.
We would like to begin work on this project as soon
as possible in order to complete construction before
cold weather.
Should you have any questions regarding this
revision, please call.
Sincerely,
~„!~~ ~~
Dennis Conn
Mining Engineer
Attachment(s)
cc: P.
