1) Finished lab ng the conduit sections the warehouse <br />and started lab~ng the specialty items. <br />2) Checked the programming on the omega temperature <br />indicators controllers. <br />3) Checked the timer on the floc tank agitator. <br />4) Looked for some requisitions, Gary couldn't find them on <br />his desk. I'll have to write up some new requisitions. <br />5) Made a list of needed instrumentation repairs. <br />2/13/92 <br />1) Worked on the SAG and ball mill gear box oil heaters, <br />verified that the indicator/controllers were working properly <br />and programed in the set points. <br />- set points are at 115 degrees F. <br />- the dead band is set to 10 degrees (5 above, 5 below) <br />- when set point is active the display will flash indicating <br />the heater is on. <br />- access to both set points is locked out. <br />2) Brought up all the Allen Bradley boards from the ware <br />house. Cleaned dust off of my office furniture. Sorted and <br />stored the A-B cards on shelf. <br />3) Set a compressor alarm in the control view VGD database. <br />4) Paul and I worked on sorting out the warehouse. <br />5) Cleaned my office with armor all anti-static cleaner. <br />2/14/92 <br />1) Cleaned and calibrated the titration room ph probe. <br />2) Labeled several items in the warehouse. <br />3) Tried to get the Mapcon system running on the <br />superintendents PC. <br />4) Ordered a spare SAG mill feed chute tilt switch and a <br />spare zero speed probe for the conveyor motion detectors. <br />2/18/92 <br />1) Reset the Strip room PC. <br />2 Took a zero speed switch roller from CV3 and placed it at <br />the top of CV2. <br />3~ Cleaned the floc addition water flow meter it was packed <br />with twigs and what appears to be electrical gape. <br />
