I found that
the wire going to the PLC terminal strip was not ohming out
properly. I replaced the wire and was able to get everything
working.
2) Lowered the speed control on the NaCN pump to the leach.
3) Modified VGD screen in order to accommodate the new
temperature sensor.
2/7/92
1 modified two VGD screens the reagent2 and strip6. I added
these screen to the IBM compcater as well. Modified the VGD
data base to include several variables used for control on
the IBM VGD display.
2) Cleaned and calibrated the cyclone Ph probe. Calibrated
the titration room ph probe usingg fresh 8 and 11 buffers.
Had some fresh buffers made in tfie lab for the titration
room.
3) Replaced the zero speed switch probe on CV1. Ran the
conveyor for 30 mins and their doesn't seem to be any
problems with it.
4) Got the two new temperature indicators/thermostats for the
ball and SAG mill gear lube oil boxes.
5)
2/10/92
1) Went through all the programming and the wiring on the
ball and SAG mill gear box temperature indicators and
controllers. Was able to get it to give a proper indication
on both meters.
2) Helped Larry move some motors and transformers into the
warehouse.
3) Allen and I got the CN titration machine working.. There
was a problem with the silver nitrate, it was contaminated by
some unknown means.
4) Cleaned all the Ph probes and calibrated the titration
room and the cyclone over flow ph probes.
2/11/92
1) Worked on printing out labels on the laser printer.
2 Worked on organizing the conduit shelf. Started labeling
the conduit shelf.
3) Cleaned up and organized my office area. Moved my file
cabinet into my office.
4) Cleaned out the flour on the ware house.
