Disassembled and then reassembled the valve wiring and <br />tubing as well as the actuate mechanism. <br />2/19/92 <br />1).Checked the operation of valves 208 and 224 as well as the <br />tail return flow meter and the floc dilution flow meter. <br />2) Worked on valve 224, the modulating piston was sticking. <br />I removed the piston, blew out the cylinder and lubricated <br />the entire mechanism. <br />3) Recalibrated the 3-15 psi controller on valve 224. <br />2/20/92 <br />1) Worked most of the day on Valve 508 in the strip area, the <br />valve was working fine. However the discharge line was packed <br />with carbon. We then cleaned out the discharge line which <br />entailed breaking the line in a couple of places. <br />2) <br />2/21/92 <br />1 Worked on top ball trap valve. Reversed the logic going to <br />the solenoid and got the valve working properly. <br />2) Helped Larry and Ron out with word perfect and dos. <br />3) Mike asked me to investiggate the cut off mode on the <br />compressor. I found that tfie cut off mode was in Manual <br />rather than in Auto. <br />4) Cleaned and Calibrated the Ph probes. <br />5) Read through Mapcon manual in preparation for setting up <br />the warehouse. <br />6) Cleaned out the HP laser printer. <br />2/24/92 <br />1) Helped Larry and Mike with Word Perfect and DOS. <br />2) Tore apart the HP Laser printer and cleaned it out <br />completely. <br />3) Cleaned and calibrated all the Ph probes. <br />4) Worked on the warehouse. Asked Paul to help me organize <br />some shelves. <br />2/25/92 <br />1 Worked on the warehouse for most of the day. Reorganized <br />items on several shelves labeling each individual item. <br />
