Gunnison No. 1 Mine coal lease area,
the mine permit area, and the location of the two
reservoirs.
I.l.a Streamflow
Continuous recording stream gages are located on
Horse Creek, South Prong, Lick Creek, Upper Dry Fork,
Lower Dry Fork, Sylvester Gulch, Minnesota Creek
above Dry Fork and East Fork outflow from Beaver
Reservoir. The location of all existing gages is
shown on Exhibit 1. On March 4, 1982, the gage
• recorder was moved from the old beaver pond-affected
site on Upper Dry Fork to a newly installed flume at
a more suitable location further up the drainage.
Also, on April 7, 1982, a gage recorder was installed
in the newly constructed flume on Minnesota Creek
above Dry Fork at a location immediately above the
Sweezy Turner Ditch diversion.
Data from recorder charts have been reduced and pro-
vided in the Quarterly Reports. Quarterly Reports
include daily flow measurements with maximum, minimum
and mean flows reported for each month.
•
-10-
