to contain water ding Jure aryl July 1993.
SORFACE iWTHt !lNITCRIPIC STATZ01~ - BPRIIiC,B
Fast ROatCdD Creek
Two springs were monitored in the Fast Roatcap Creek drainage (refer to Table 5
aryl Map No. 4-1) during 1993. Spring 30 exhibited consistent flows throughout
the year and water quality parameters in the fall consistent with previous
samplings at this site. Spring 30 was PTM~.r ~~ by the angle-of-draw of Panel
Y during May of 1993. Spring 10-10 was added to the monitoring network by PR-03
in 1993. Monitoring at this site was initiated in August with measured flows and
field parameters consistent with previous readings. Spring 10-10 was encompassed
by the angle-of~iraw of Panel Y during September, 1993. Subsidence i~acts were
not apparent at either of these locations during 1993.
r1
U
West Roatcao Creek
Three springs were monitored in the West Roatcap Creek drainage (refer to Table
5 aryl Map No. 4-1) during 1993 with two of these three added to the monitoring
network as a result of PR-03. Spring 31 was monitored on a monthly basis and
exhibited wnsistent flows throughout the year which were generally higher as
compared to 1992. Water quality parameters were consistent with ranges
previously established for this site. No mining occurred within the watershed
for this spring during 1993 and no mining impacts were evident. Spring 32 was
added to the monitoring as a result of PR-03. Monitoring was conducted in
October 1993 and included the initial flow ~~~~rement and water quality sampling
for this location. Future monitoring will be conducted on a monthly basis along
with Spring 31. Spring 10-13 was also added to the monitoring network as a
. result of PR-03. Flows and field parameters observed at this site were
wnsistent with previous baseline values. No mining occurred during 1993 in the
12
