Accelerated testing began on May 22. <br />Enclosed are the WET Test Report• forms for the May 16, May 22, <br />June 1, and Jtuie 6 samples. The tests were started one day after <br />the samples were collected. The May 22 sample also failed, but <br />the June 1 and June 6 test both passed. According to the terms - <br />of our NPDES permit (Part I.B.S.c) on page 1L(i)) "Testing will <br />be at least once every two weeks for up to five tests until . <br />2) two consecutive tests pass ., in which case no pattern of <br />toxicity has been found.
