LC 12.0 P R E O P E R A T I O N A L R E Q U I R E M E N T S <br />12.1 OTHER PERMITS <br />12.1.1 Continuance of present operations under the jurisdiction of this <br />license is contingent on the licensee possessing of obtaining <br />all applicable local, state and federal permits. Such required <br />permits shall be maintained in force. <br />12.1.2 Prior to beginning any new construction, operations, or ether <br />activities authorized by this license, the licensee shall have <br />obtained all applicable local, state, and federal permit.. Such <br />required permits shall be maintained in force. <br />LC 13.0 O P E R A T I O N A L R E Q U I R E M E N T S <br />13.1 ADMINISTRATIVE <br />13.1.1 TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TITLE <br />13.1.1.1 Requires Advance Notification of Intent <br />The licensee shall provide the Department with 30 days advance <br />notification of any proposed change in property ownershi~~ or <br />control from that referenced in LC 11.1.10. <br />13.1.1.2 Requires Department Authorization <br />No transfer of title to any portion of the licensed site may be <br />made at any time without prior written authorization from the <br />Department. <br />13.1.2 USERS <br />13.1.2.1 Documentation of Users <br />Prior to permitting any individual to supervise use of <br />radioactive materials under this license, the licensee shall <br />document each proposed user's training and experience to the <br />Department and obtain written authorization from the Department <br />for each user. <br />13.1.2.2 Authorization of Users <br />The licensee shall maintain throughout use of radioactive <br />materials authorized by this license at least three (3) trained, <br />qualified, and authorized users, listed in LC 11.1.8 to include <br />the Manager and the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). <br />-4- <br />
