13.1.2.3 Availability of Users <br />13.1.2.3.1 An authorized user shall be on hand at the facility or <br />immediately available at all times. <br />13.1.2.3.2 The RSO and staff shall obtain Department approval prior to <br />being given assignments not related to health, safety, and <br />environmental protection. <br />13.1.3 REQUIREMENTS OF OTHER AGENCIES <br />13.1.3.1 Compliance with Other Agencies' Requirements <br />Within the scope of the applicable statute and lawful <br />regulations thereunder, the licensee shall maintain in force all <br />licenses, permits, and other authorizations of all local, state <br />and federal agencies which have authority over any aspect of the <br />licensee's activity authorized by Conditions 6, 7, 8, :end 9 of <br />the license. <br />13.1.3.2 Modification or Renewal of Other Permits <br />The licensee shall notify the Department of all applicaitions to <br />each permitting agency for permit modification or renecial. <br />13.1.4 EMERGENCY ACTIONS <br />13.1.4.1 Report of Accidents <br />The licensee shall, immediately upon discovery, notify the <br />Director, Radiation Control Division, Colorado Department of <br />Health, 4210 East 11th Avenue, Denver, Colorado (telephone <br />303-320-8333) by telephone of any failure or imminent threat of <br />failure in any process, diversion, or retention system which <br />results or may result in a release of radioactive material into <br />unrestricted areas. This requirement is in addition to the <br />requirements of Part IV, of the Radiation Regulations. <br />-5- <br />
