11.1.6 Letter March 23, 1982 Cotter to CDA and Plates 2 and 3 showing <br />three well locations. <br />11.1.7 Letter June 30, 1982 Cotter to CDH including "Topography of the <br />Ore Sorter Area". <br />11.1.8 Operation and Safety Procedures Manual as revised from time to <br />time with written approval of the Department. <br />11.1.9 Reclamation Surety Agreement as revised annually with written <br />approval of the Department. <br />11.1.10 Letter September 3, 1982 Cotter to CDA. <br />11.2 STATUS OP REFERENCED DOCUMENTS <br />11.2.1 Proposals and commitments in referenced documents are in effect <br />license conditions. <br />Where the word "will" or "should" is used in the <br />above-referenced documents it shall denote a requirement. <br />11.2.2 Where statements in the documents conflict, the most str:Lngent <br />document shall prevail, until the department determines <br />otherwise. <br />11.2.3 The "Colorado Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Radiation <br />Control", herein after called the "Radiation Regulationa" as <br />revised by the State Board of Health and as interpreted 1`rom <br />time to time by policy directive of the Radiation Control. <br />Division, shall control provisions of referenced documents which <br />conflict with said Rules and Regulations unless the provisions <br />of the referenced document are more restrictive than the Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />A requirement pursuant to revised regulations or policy :hall be <br />considered a modification of this license for purposes of <br />judicial review under Colorado Law. <br />11.3 SEVERABILITY <br />If any part of the Radiation Regulations, Department or <br />Radiation Control Division policy, or this license is held <br />invalid, the remainder shall not be affected. <br />11.4 LICENSE CONDITIONS MODIFICATIONS <br />The following license conditions modify and add to commitments <br />in the documents referenced in LC 11.1 above. <br />-3- <br />
