Such notification shall in no way constitute <br />a request for, or establish a time schedule for approvail. <br />13.2.2 WRITTEN ASSESSMENT REQUIRED <br />If the Department so requests based upon its preliminary <br />finding, the licensee shall provide the Department with a <br />written assessment of significant human health or environmental <br />impacts resulting from facility additions or changes. l:f the <br />Department so determines, the licensee shall obtain written <br />approval or a license amendment prior to construction car <br />modification. <br />13.2.3 INCREASE IN IMPOUNDMENT HEIGHT <br />If the licensee desires to raise the design height of the <br />settling impoundments at any time in the future, a request to <br />amend the radioactive material license will be required. Any <br />such construction must use methods that satisfy the current <br />safety criteria of the Office of the State Engineer in effect at <br />the time of construction. <br />13.2.4 ARCHEOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT <br />If previously unsuspected archaeological resources are <br />identified the licensee shall notify the State Historic <br />Preservation Officer so that the resource may be recorded. <br />-10- <br />
