13.1.9.2 Semiannual Reports <br />The licensee shall provide semiannual reports to the D~:partment <br />by March 31 and September 30 of each year for the 6-mo~ith <br />periods ending December 31 and June 30, respectively, .is follows: <br />13.1.9.2.1 Off-Site Dose Commitment <br />.1 The licensee shall provide to the Department a semiannual report <br />on compliance with LC 13.3.3, as follows and in accordance with <br />the criteria in LC 13.3.3. <br />2 As necessary, the licensee shall indicate in the report any <br />non-compliance, and what corrective action is being taken if <br />noncompliance is determined. <br />13.1.9.2.2 Results of All Facility, Environmental and Personnel <br />Monitoring Data <br />The licensee shall present all data in such tabular ancf <br />graphical form that trends may be readily identified. <br />13.1.9.2.3 Results of exhaust effluent measurements as applicable <br />Reports shall include: <br />1 Average and maximum (24-hour period) uranium, radium, thorium, <br />and lead concentration (uCi/ml), measured at any effluent <br />release points for the 6-month periods ending December 31st and <br />June 30th of each year. <br />2 Average uranium release rate in units of uCi/sec and total <br />quantity of uranium, radium, lead, and thorium released in units <br />of Ci, identifying the flow rates used for each of the exhausts <br />to calculate the releases. <br />.3 Such other information that may be appropriate to enable the <br />Colorado Department of Health to estimate the potential <br />radiation doses to the public resulting from effluent teleases. <br />13.1.9.2.4 Land and Water Use <br />.1 The licensee shall conduct and report a semiannual survey of <br />land and water use (grazing, residences, population density, <br />wells, water systems etc.) in the area within three miles (5 km) <br />of the are crusher sorter and one mile (1.6 km) of the ore <br />transfer pad. Impacts from licensed operations on water <br />distribution and treatment systems directly using Ralston Creek <br />and or Ralston Reservoir even though beyond the 3 mile limit <br />shall be included to the extent this information is <br />-9- <br />
