i <br />allowance to complete the WORK. SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit a program <br />as to how he proposes to shorten the schedule. Time schedule improvements <br />' proposed will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of proposals. <br />8.2 SUBCONTRACTOR'S Schedule Requirements <br />Within 10 days after award, SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit a Detailed Bar Chart <br />Schedule on a fixed weekly time scale that reflects Scope of WORK in accordance with <br />the CONTRACTOR'S specified milestones as part of the Bid Document. <br />8.3 Periodic Scheduling and Reporting By SUBCONTRACTOR <br />8.3.1 Schedules and Reports required shall include but not be limited to: <br />a. A Daily Construction Report showing manpower, equipment and materials <br />used, together with WORK accomplished. <br />SC-9.0 MATERIALS.^ EQUIPMENT AND FACILTTIFS TO BE FURNISHED BY <br />SUBCONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, services, and materials necessary to <br />complete the WORK as a functional system for the use intended. Materials, equipment and <br />' supplies to be furnished by SUBCONTRACTOR shall include, but shall not necessarily be <br />limited to the following: <br />1. All other items of material, supplies, equipment and labor not specifically stated as <br />being provided by COMPANY and/or CONTRACTOR. <br />1 2. Sanitary and Health and Safety facilities and supplies for SUBCONTRACTOR'S <br />personnel will be provided by SUBCONTRACTOR. <br />3. Process and/or Potable water will be transported by the SUBCONTRACTOR to the site <br />from a remote location. <br />4. Portable Toilets (to be serviced weekly) <br />5. Power and telephone service. <br />1 6. Transport of workers. <br />' 7. Contractors Office, Workers Change Facilities <br /> <br />4-5 <br />
