1 <br />such policies have been issued and are currently in effect. Certified copies of insurance policies <br />procured by SUBCONTRACTOR shall be furnished to CONTRACTOR upon request. In the <br />' event any WORK to be performed under this CONTRACT is further sublet, the <br />SUBCONTRACTOR will require the same insurance coverage, limits and certification from its <br />lower tier SUBCONTRACTORS. <br />' Policies issued for SUBCONTRACTOR shall be endorsed to include, for the benefit of the <br />COMPANY and CONTRACTOR the following: <br />' a. A 30-day advance written notice in the event of cancellation, non-renewal or material <br />change of any policy. <br />b. Except as to workers' compensation insurance, the COMPANY and CONTRACTOR <br />' shall be an additional insured party. <br />c. A waiver of subrogation in favor of COMPANY and CONTRACTOR as to workers' <br />' compensation insurance. <br />d. SUBCONTRACTOR'S insurance shall be primary and any insurance maintained by <br />COMPANY and CONTRACTOR shall be considered excess and noncontributory. <br />e. Cross liability or severability of interest clause (liability policies only). <br />' The minimum coverages and policy limits shall be: <br />INSURANCE COVERAGE POLICY LIMTfS <br />1. Workers' Compensation Statutory <br />' 2. Employer's Liability $1,000,000 each accident <br />3. Comprehensive General Liability $1,000,000 Bodily Injury (per <br />including coverages for Independent occurrence) <br />Contractors, Products and Completed $500,000 Property Damage (per <br />' Operations (extending for at least occurrence); or <br />twenty-four (24) months after wm- $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit <br />pletion of operations), Blanket or <br />' Broad Form Contractual, insuring the <br />indemnification provision under <br />Article GC38.0 above, Personal <br />' Injury Liability, Broad Form Property <br />Damage, and where an exposure exists <br />the explosion, collapse and under- <br />' ground (XCU) hazard exclusions deleted. <br />4. Comprehensive Automobile Liability $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit <br />including coverage for owned, non- <br />' owned and hired vehicles. <br />3-14 <br />
