<br />get into, as far as the details of what we did <br />during that time period. we undertook that work <br />and then later on in October of 1994 the U. S. <br />Forest Service came out and reviewed the project, <br />as it pertained to the ground that they have <br />management jurisdiction over, and found that <br />reclamation was complete. <br />In December of last year...that is when the <br />Division gave us their first indication and <br />notification that there was a potential for <br />needing to modify our reclamation permit to <br />conduct groundwater characterizations studies. We <br />responded to that; in January of 1995 we provided <br />the available hydrologic information that we could <br />find about the surrounding area, as well as <br />information about the mine itself.
