We
responded to that; in January of 1995 we provided
the available hydrologic information that we could
find about the surrounding area, as well as
information about the mine itself. And, we
provided that to the Division, and we advised that
we felt that groundwater uses there had not been
adversely impacted by the mining activities that
were conducted.
In April we received a let
responding to our providing
they then, at that point,
undertake what we view to be
groundwater characterization
hydrogeologic evaluation.
ter back from DMG
of information and
requested that we
a fairly extensive
study and a site
6
