<br />In May we responded back again, so there's been a <br />dialogue back and forth via letter, you know, over <br />the last few months. When we responded back to <br />the Division that we did not believe that they had <br />the authority to require a groundwater <br />characterization study...as a result of that, we <br />had a meeting in mid-June, a little over a month <br />ago, to try and discuss these issues and come to <br />some sort of resolution. We did not get that <br />result at that time and that's when...what the <br />Division and ourselves mutually discussed (was) <br />the idea of filing a petition for Declaratory <br />Order, which is the matter taken today. <br />A little bit on the status of what reclamation has <br />been completed out there at the site... Right <br />now, at this point, I think probably the major <br />thing that's going on right now and will for some <br />time will be monitoring of vegetative success from <br />our revegetation efforts at the site. Most all of <br />this activity was completed by the fall of 1994, <br />and these are some of the things we have completed <br />out there through time. We've removed all the <br />buildings and the surface facilities, with the <br />exception of the office building, which is still <br />on site out at 9360 portal level...and we have <br />future plans for that, leaving it standing or <br />otherwise.
