<br />mining industry, in general, in the State of <br />Colorado. And, that's the subject of our <br />petition. And, with that said, I'd like to spend <br />a little bit of time focusing on what the status <br />is at the Bulldog Mine site; where it is and what <br />has gone on in the past and where it's at right <br />now at this point. <br />This is not the best map, but maybe it will <br />suffice for us describing where things are at. <br />(Refers to map) The mine site is right here. The <br />town site of Creede is right here. This is the <br />county line between Saguache and Mineral County <br />and also a portion of. it is the Continental <br />Divide; and I believe it's State Route or State <br />Highway 149, of course, goes through Creede, <br />coming down from Lake City and down through there. <br />The black marks that I've kind of inked in here is <br />a little bit of a description of the watershed <br />here. We've got the East Willow and West Willow <br />Creek watershed drainages up here, coming out the <br />Continental Divide. And then over here, at the <br />Bulldog Mine, it is in the Windy Gulch Drainage, <br />which is an ephemeral drainage that is tributary <br />to, I believe, the main stem of Willow Creek. I <br />think it's down below the confines of East and <br />West Willow. So, I guess, kind of a general <br />indication of where it's at in the world. It was <br />4 <br />
