I'm with Homestake Mining <br />Company and also I'd like to introduce Peter <br />Keppler who is here. He's given me some guidance <br />in regard to the statutory and regulatory matters, <br />in relationship to this issue. And, also, I have <br />here Bill Pyle who's a geohydrologist with Golder <br />Associates, in case you have some questions that <br />maybe he can field. In that regard, I decided to <br />have him along, as well. But, I think at the <br />outset here, I'd like to thank the Board and, of <br />course, the Division and Staff for being able to <br />accommodate us today, so that we can go ahead and <br />make a presentation here. <br />And, you know, certainly I believe that the <br />current issue here, which is at the Bulldog Mine <br />site of Homestake, as far as the DMG's groundwater <br />regulatory program implementation.
