Banks and Gesso, LLC
Plant Tvae
Process of the raw materials will occur through a portable crushing and washing
machine that will also size and stock pile the aggregate and sand.
Li htin
Lighting will be downcast with shielded light towers. The light towers will only be
used when needed and lighting will be directed onsite only and to avoid off site
glare. Most of the light towers will be on the west side of the site and no tower
will be closer than 150 feet to Brighton Road.
Production Rates
Production estimates are for a maximum of approximately 1,600,000 to
2,000,000 tons of sand and gravel during the life of operations.
Proof of Water and Sewer Services
Drinking water will be provided by importing bottled water to the site. Sanitation
will be provided by using port-o-lets for employees.
Proof of Utility Services
Existing electrical service extends to the site and is provided through United
Power. However, line service will not be necessary with the use of diesel
generators as the initial source of power for plant machinery. If line power is
economical, the plant may be powered using commercial line power.
Access
Access to the site has been relocated north from its current location to increase
the distance of the access to the intersection of Brighton Road and 124"' Avenue.
This will also improve site distance for drivers entering the road.
Proposed Haul Routes
The trucks will be leaving and returning to the site from the same access point on
Brighton Road. All trucks will be using Brighton Road south to 124"' Avenue,
then east to U.S. Highway 85, then either north or south on U.S. Highway 85.
Trucks will return using the same route. In the event the applicant participates
in construction efforts related to E-470, they request the ability to travel north
from the access point north on Brighton Road to 132"° Avenue where they can
directly enter the E-470 right-0f--way. This route would only be used under the
above conditions.
Adams Cowry -CUP. Rezoning, Flnel Plat Sfapeeoach Mine.01045
Moblb Pnmtr ConaeOe, Inc. November, 2007
9
