<br />' • The signature of the Engineer. <br />10.3 Construction Problem Report <br />This report identifies and documents construction problems and resolutions. This report is <br />intended to document problems involving significant rework, and is not intended to document <br />items which are easily corrected unless the problems are recurring. At a minimum this report <br />shall include: <br />• A detailed description of the problem; <br />• The location and cause of the problem; <br />• How the problem was identified; <br />' • How the problem was resolved; <br />• Personnel involved; and <br />• Signature of the Engineer. <br />10.4 Photographs <br />' Construction activities shall be photographed, including significant problens and remedial <br />actions. The photographs shall be identified by location, time, date, and photographer. <br />10.5 Design and Specification Changes <br />t Design and Specification changes may be required during construction. In such cases, the <br />Engineer shall notify the Owner. Design and Specification changes shall only be made with <br />written agreement of the Engineer and Designer/Owner. <br />10.6 Weekly Progress Reports <br />The Engineer will prepare weekly progress reports summarizing construction and quality control <br />' activities. This report, which is submitted to the Owner, shall contain, at .t minimum, the <br />following information: <br />' The date, project name, and location; <br />• A short summary of the week's work activities; <br />• A summary of deficiencies and/or defects and resolutions; <br />• The signature of the Engineer; <br />• Third party laboratory test results, test location, data sheets; and <br />t • A short summary will be accompanied by the week's daily reports. <br />-zo- <br /> <br />
