<br />6. From July 1980 to August 1981, I was the environmental <br />unit chief in the Natural Resources section of the Attorney <br />General's Office. I supervised seven attorneys and coordinated <br />and provided advise on substantive and procedural legal issues <br />concerning environmental law. <br />7. From August 1981 to July 1982, I was the highways unit <br />chief in the Natural Resources section of the Attorney General's <br />Office. I supervised five attorneys and one paralegal. I <br />coordinated and provided legal advice on substantive and pro- <br />cedural legal issues concerning condemnation, highway construction <br />projects, access control, highway beautification and the state <br />personnel system. I served as general counsel for the Department <br />of Highways and the State Highway Commission. <br />8. My present position includes the supervision of 21 <br />attorneys, six paralegals and four secretaries. I coordinate and <br />provide advice on substantive and procedural legal issues in the <br />areas of environmental law, property law, mining law, public land <br />law, water resources, highways matters, contracts, and the state <br />personnel system. <br />9.
