To the extent allowed by the State Archaeologist, Southdown <br />will honor the requests of the DFAIAC in the reinterment of <br />American Indian remains (CAMP Section 6.4 and 6.6). <br />Responsible party: Plant Manager. <br />Indian Mountain Management <br />1. Conservation easements covering prehistoric sites on <br />Southdown's West Dowe Flats Donation Parcel on Indian <br />Mountain have been conveyed to Boulder County (Boulder <br />County Development Agreement, Section 6). Responsible <br />party: Plant Manager. <br />2. Upon commencement of full operations of the mine and <br />reclamation plans, Southdown's Indian Mountain properties <br />will be conveyed in fee title to Boulder County to e <br />maintained in perpetuity as non-developable open space <br />(Boulder County Development Agreement, Section 8). <br />Responsible party: Plant Manager. <br />3. The general public is permanently prohibited from access to <br />the West Dowe Flats Donation Parcel, and until 2030 on the <br />Northwest Dowe Flats Donation Parcel (Boulder County <br />Development Agreement, Section 8). Responsible party: Plant <br />Manager. <br />Human Remains and Process for Reburial <br />1. A specific protocol will be followed in the event of <br />discovery of human remains (CAMP, Section 6.9). Responsible <br />party: Plant Manager. <br />2.
