Consultations will continue by means of the DFAIAC. <br />Responsibilities of the DFAIAC include review of future <br />research, recommendations for selection of American Indian <br />monitors, recommendations on the curation of artifacts and <br />reinterment of human remains (CRMP, Section 6.5; Project <br />Summary, American Indian Consultations Section). <br />Responsible party: Plant Manager. <br />2. Monitoring for subsurface archaeological sites may include <br />American Indian participation as recommended by the DFAIAC <br />and approved by the Plant Manager. The American Indian <br />monitor will be prarily responsible for representing the <br />cultural interests of Indian people. If this monitor is <br />also SHPO approved, then the monitor may fully participate <br />in the scientifically oriented portion of the program (CRMP, <br />Sections 6.3 and 6.6). Responsible party: Plant Manager. <br />3. Southdown will make its Indian Mountain property available <br />for tribally approved educational and traditional ceremonial <br />activities.
