12 <br />3. To the extent allowed by the State Archaeologist, Southdown <br />will honor the requests of the DFAIAC in handling American <br />Indian remains (CRMP, Sections 6.9 and 6.6). Responsible <br />party: Plant Manager. <br />1. Four NRHP irrigation ditches are impacted by three box <br />culverts and one bridge. Mitigation includes a permanent <br />record of the four ditches in the impact area and archival <br />quality photographs (CRMP Section 6.5). Responsible party: <br />Project Historian. <br />2. The Montgomery School is an off-site NRHP listed resource. <br />A monitoring plan will be implemented that includes baseline <br />documentation of existing conditions of the structure, <br />adherence to the maximum ground vibration standard, <br />monitoring of ground vibrations at the structure site, <br />annual monitoring program, and consultations with SHPO and <br />Boulder County if mitigation is necessary (CRMP, Section <br />6.5; Management and monitoring Plans, Historic Section). <br />Responsible party: Project Historian. <br />G n.ral It ral R o r Manaa m n <br />1. All known sites within the mine permit boundary will be <br />visited within each calendar year, and their condition <br />assessed.
