' ~ 1 • • <br />Water Issue - Rio Grande County has contacted the <br />Rio Grande Canal Users, Rio Grande County <br />Water Conservation District and the State <br />Division of Water Resources. All are in <br />agreement that these ponds would made excellent <br />re-charge pits. Once formal agreement can <br />be reached, the documentation will be submitted <br />to the Division. <br />Due to water impoundment, unable to reclaim the <br />area to rangeland - As stated, this issue can <br />be addressed in the new permit application. <br />Mine ID Sign - Signs are on order and will be installed <br />as soon as delivered. <br />Permit Boundary - The boundary will be adequately <br />delineated. in the 111 permit application. <br />11 Mile South Pit M-78-070 <br />Mine ID Sign - Signs are on order and will be installed <br />as soon as delivered. <br />Annual Report and Fee - Enclosed with this letter. <br />Performance Warranty - Rio Grande County will be <br />re-permitting all permits as 111 permits per <br />CRS 34-32-111(7).
