Please be advised that according to records of the Division of Minerals and
Geology the following annual fee(s) and report(s) are past due for the mining
and reclamation season of 1993-1994. The Division MUST RECEIVE ALL FEES DUE
NO LATER THAN 4 P.M. ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30, 1994 or a Notice of Violation,
Civil Penalties equal to the amount of the annual fee(s) due, and a Notice of
Formal Public Hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board for
• consideration of a Cease and Desist Order will be issued for each account.
Please be aware that no permits for new mining operations shall be granted to
any operator who is currently found to be in violation in this state
(C.R.S. 34-32-120).
