Certification Procedures <br />If the general permit is applicable to the applicant's operation, then a certification will be developed and the applicant <br />• will be certified under this general permit. <br />a. Request for Additional Information: The Division shall have up to thirty days after receipt of the above <br />information to request additional dam andlor deny the authorization for any particular discharge.
