• ' <br />Revised <br />Oct. 16', 1981 <br />July 28, 1982 <br />Aug. i7, 1983 <br />2 03.7 Relationshiv to areas designated unsuitable for mining <br />The permit area is nat xithin an area designated unsuitable for surface <br />mining activities as defined in Rule 7 of the Colorado regulations or <br />30CFR'764 or q65 or under study for designation in an administrative proceeding <br />under Rule 7 or 30CFR764 and 765. <br />American Fuels, Inc. will not conduct surface mining activities within 300 feet <br />measured horizontally of an occupied dwelling without xritten waiver of the <br />owner of the dxelling consenting of such operations. As of this date, none <br />• o£ the buildings xithin 300 feet of the site are considered to be occupied. <br />The requirements of 2.03.7 are not, applicable to the American Fuels, Inc. at <br />their Pryor Strip Mine. <br />39 a <br />
