ab3~ <br />i. <br />Revised July 28,1982 <br />Revised <br />October 16, 1981 <br />2.03.7 Relationship to areas designated unsuitable for mini <br />The permit area is not within an area designated unsuitable for surface mining <br />activities as defined in Rule 7 of the Colorado regulations or 30CFR764 or 765 <br />or under study for designation in an administrative proceeding under Rule 7 <br />or 30CFR764 and 765. <br />The Viking Coal Company will not conduct surface mining activities within 300 feet <br />measured horizontally of an occupied dwelling without written waiver of the <br />owner of tine dwelling consenting of such operations. As of this date, none <br />of the buildings within 300 feet of the site are considered to be occupied. <br /> The requirements of 2.03.7 are not applicable to the Viking Caal Company at <br /> their Pryor Strip Mine. <br />r~ <br />~~ 39 <br />
