Lumsden Canyon Gravel Pit Mining Plan submitted by Mesa County Road <br /> Department on Plarch 20, 1979, fors apart of this permit and all <br /> mining operations shall be conducted in accordance with this plan. This <br /> plan is attached to the permit as "Exhibit B". <br /> 16.
