Any accidental spillage shall be cleaned up at <br /> once. No filters, trash, or other debris shall be left on the site, but <br /> shall be removed to an authorized sanitary landfill. <br /> 2. If any cultural resources are encountered during construction, work sha17 <br />' be stopped and the Bureau of Land P~anagement Grand Junction District (danager <br />or his authorized representative shall be notified at once. <br /> ' <br /> 3. than the angle of repose on a daily <br />Steep cuts shall be decreased to less <br />' basis or properly fE~nced to prevent a hazard to livestock or to the <br /> general public. <br />' 4. In areas where the seed must be broadcast, the seed formula <br /> shall be doubled. <br />t 6. ldater shall be used to control fugitive dust during mining, sorting, and <br />rock crushing operations. <br />' 7. The permittee shall not remove more than 50,000 cubic yards of material <br />over the life of the permit. <br />8. The existing access and haul roads shall continue to be used. <br />' 9. Drainage systems shall not be blocked. No cuts or fills shall be made <br />near or in streams wi~ich will result in siltation or accumulation of debris. <br />' All damage to streams must be repaired to the satisfaction of the District <br />Manager or his authorized representative. <br />' 10. All survey monuments, witness corners, reference monuments, and bearing <br />trees must be protected against destruction, obliteration, or damage. Any <br />damaged or obliterated markers must be reestablished in accordance with <br />' accepted survey practices at expense of permittee. <br /> <br />
