6.4.5 Exhibit "E" <br />The applicant commits to replacing between 6" to 12" which is available. <br />The sale of subsoil will be liauted to soil found below the "A" horizon strata range. <br />Applicant commits to replacing all available topsoil. Also all topsoil will be salvaged and <br />set-aside and seeded with 7 pls western wheatgrass to halt any wind and/or water erosion. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit "F"- Reclamation Plan Map <br />The slopes on all reclaimed slopes shall be 3H:1 V or flatter. The azea north of County Road <br />I05 will be backsloped at 3H:1 V or flatter on all sides that do not daylight. As stated all of <br />the backsloping will be 3H:1 V or flatter all pit floors will be flat and seeded for rangeland. <br />6.4.7 Exhibit "G"- Water Information <br />The applicant will not affect the surface goundwater systems in the area the excavation will <br />not intercede any existing water issues such has ground water or any surface flows of water. <br />If a concrete batch plant or asphalt batch plant is set up on site a State Permit would be <br />applied for with the Colorado Dept. of Health, Water Quality Control Division, WQCD-PE- <br />B2, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, CO 80222-1530. In any event all of the water <br />used would be recycled and not pollute any waterways in the azea. If concrete was produced <br />at this site only approx. a max. of 5000 cubic yazds would be manufactured for any project <br />that would be let in the azea. Water use in the production of the concrete would be approx. <br />33 gallons of water per cubic yard, therefore about 165,000 gallons would be needed. Water <br />for aggregate washing would be 96,038. <br />As stated before in this application and in this submittal water when needed would be from <br />a well that the landowner owns to the north of this site. When and if water is needed it will <br />be only done after a water plan approval from the State Engineers Office. <br />The no mining buffer zone set-back for Froze Creek will be a minimum of 100 foot. No <br />mining will be done in or neaz Froze Creek. <br />6.4.8 Exhibit "H"- Wildlife Information- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.9 Exhibit "I"- Soils Information- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.10 Exhibit "J"- Vegetation Information- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4,11 Exhibit "K"- Climate Information- Adequate as submitted. <br />
