6.4.12 Exhibit "L"- Reclamation Cost- Under review by the DMG. <br />6.4.13 Exhibit "M"- Other Permits and Licenses <br />Please see letter from The Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Van A. Truan, Chief Southern <br />Colorado Regulatory Office dated Apri121, 2003 to Mr. John Gerstle of Hydrosphere. This <br />letter state that no problems where seen by him at this location. <br />6,4.14 Exhibit "N"- Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />The length of the lease to enter the property to mine and to perform reclamation meets the <br />requirement of the law. <br />6.4.15 Exhibit "O"- Owners of Record of Affected Land (Surface Area) and Owners of Substance <br />to be Mined <br />A copy of the recorded deed is included in this submittal. Also it may be found in the Custer <br />County Clerks Office at Book 376, Page 99. <br />6.4.16 Exhibit "P"- Municipalities Within Two Miles- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.17 Exhibit "Q"- proof of Mailing Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation <br />District- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.18 Exhibit "R"- Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder- Adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.18 Exhibit "S"- Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Please see the Notarized agreement with Custer County concerning the CR 105. This letter <br />states that any damage done to the road will be repaired and/paid for by the applicant. <br />Highway 69 is 200 plus feet away from the permit boundary, therefore no letter was sought. <br />Please see the letter from the Army Corps for any aspects of Moss Gulch and Froze Creek. <br />6.5 Geotechnical Stability Exhibit- Not Necessary <br />
