Vol. 45, <br />No. 98, May 19, 1980), the permittee is required Co submit a one-tire <br />analysis of their discharge(s), for certain specified pollutants. <br />The facility is usually non-discharging. Therefore, as soon as there <br />is a discharge, the permittee shall sample in accordance with the <br />following requirements: <br />(A) All samples must be analyzed for the 13 toxic metals. <br />Total Cyanide, and Tota]_Phenols, as listed in Part V-C, <br />1-15, +-k`~the Consolidated Permit Application Form 2-C. <br />All samples must be analyzed for the parameters believed <br />present, that are listed in: Part V-B, a`x (the naturally <br />occuring pollutants); and Part V-C, the four GC/MS <br />fractions_ (All the parameters listed in this paragraph <br />-~ ~ are-also listed in the above-referenced rea_ulations. <br />' ----_` Appendix D to-Part'122, Tables II, III and IV.) <br />(B) For mine water or drainage from an open pit or underground <br />mine, a sample must be analyzed from each discharge point. <br />• (C) For surface runoff controls, if there are several with <br />discharges, i[ is not necessary to sample the discharge from <br />each facility, provided that those sampled will be repre'ent- <br />ative of the various discharges.
