The character of the proposed operations will be <br />generally consistent with those historic activities are not anticipated to require any local <br />govemmental services. Operation of the Quarry will require approximately 10 <br />employees, most of which will be recruited from the local work force. The proposed <br />operations are not anticipated to have any adverse fiscal impact on local services and <br />facilities. <br />Public Hearing <br />A public hearing on the Application was held on September 24, 1996. The following <br />public record of the hearing shall be collected and preserved: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />9. Waiver <br />The permit application; <br />A copy of the notice of the hearing, the certificate of publication of the notice and <br />a list of persons to whom the notice was mailed; <br />Any written statements or documents presented in support of or in opposition to <br />the Application; <br />The names and addresses of persons presenting oral or written statements; <br />Written minutes of the Board of County Commissioners describing the public <br />hearing. <br />The Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to Supplement No. 2 of the Chaffee <br />County Zoning Regulations, Section K.6.a, hereby grants a waiver of the following portions of <br />those Regulations: <br />(a) Waiver were not required for this application. The Chaffee County Board of County <br />Commissioners found adequate information to make a decision. <br />(b) <br />The Board of County Commissioners, having considered the Application and the <br />information presented at the public hearing, hereby approves the following permit: pursuant to <br />Supplement #2. <br />GEG'.~B9B9a 65966.1 '2' <br />
