The site is a limestone quarry which has been <br />operated for over sixty years, known locally as the Monarch Quarry. <br />3. Ownershio of surface rights <br />Colorado Lime Company owns the surface rights associated with the Subject Property. <br />Ownershio of mineral riohts affected <br />Colorado Lime Company owns the mineral rights associated with the Subject Property. <br />5. Tvoe and location of mineral reserves <br />The resource is limestone. The Application, at insert A, B, and D showed the limestone <br />deposit on the Subject Property. <br />6. Analysis of the feasibility of extracting the mineral <br />The commercial feasibility of the quarry on the Subject Property is a function of a high <br />quality mineral resource at an existing mining site combined with an expanding and <br />increasingly diverse market for limestone materials to be produced form the quarry. The <br />quarry is to be developed on the site of the existing Monarch Quarry which was operated <br />by CF81 Steel Corporation for over 60 years. <br />GED~48989tt 65968.1 <br />
