<br />maintenance requirements of the Grand County Road <br />Supervisor. <br />The Board of County Commissioners reserves the <br />right to review this Permit to insure that Permittee has <br />been regulating the truck traffic in such a fashion as to <br />avoid the creation of a traffic hazard on County road 201. <br />4. 4yarning Signs: Whenever Permittee and the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Grand County, or either of <br />them, are of the opinion that a traffic hazard might be <br />created by the truck traffic entering onto Highway 9, the <br />parties hereto may mutually agree to initiate efforts to <br />obtain appropriate warning signs advising the general public <br />of the possible traffic hazard. The costs of signs and <br />necessary materials for installation shall be paid for by <br />the Permittee and said signs shall be installed by Permittee <br />at his expense under the supervision of the Grand County <br />Sheriff's Department. or the Colorado State Highway <br />Department. <br />This provision shall not release Permittee from <br />its obligation to prevent a traffic hazard from being <br />created nor shall this provision release Permittee from <br />providing other appropriate warnings to the general public <br />regarding the traffic hazard which may be created, such as <br />flag men or other types of warning devices that may be <br />necessary from time to time. <br />5. Storage of Junk and Abandoned Equipment: <br />Neither Permittee nor its licensees shall be allowed, under <br />any circumstances, to use the permit area for purposes of <br />storing junk materials, such as abandoned cars and trucks or <br />other equipment which is not capable of operation or any <br />other equipment or materials which are not used in the <br />3 <br />
