<br /> <br /> <br />Bureau of Land Management property and is in the N7./2 of. <br />Section B, Township 1 North, Range 79 West of the 6th P.M. <br />containing 3.0 acres more or less and more particularly <br />described on the attached Exhibit "A", which by this <br />reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof. <br />2. Size of Operation: Permittee, Grand County, <br />is hereby authorized to use, in connection with the gravel <br />operation provided for in this Permit, on the property <br />described above, the following equipment: <br />All equipment as is normally necessary for a <br />gravel extraction operation of the size contemplated, <br />including crusher, scale, one (1) to three (3) conveyors, <br />stacker, D-8/D-7 cats, 3/4 yard loader, and generator <br />trailer. However, no substantial. alteration in the manner <br />of operation shall be allowed Grand County (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Permittee") ~~ithout first obtaining a <br />permit from the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Specifically, Permittee shall not be allowed to include any <br />asphalt processing or miring operation of any type or nature <br />without first obtaining a permit authorizing such expansion <br />of its operation. <br />3. Truck Traffic: It is contemplated h}' the <br />parties that the Permittee shall use existing County road <br />No. 201 which is presently maintained by the County and <br />which the County will continue to maintain to transport <br />materials extracted from the above-described site. <br />Permittee shall regulate the truck traffic to enter and exit <br />to and from County road 201. Such truck traffic shall be <br />regulated in such a fashion as to avoid a traffic hazard. <br />Permittee also agrees to comply with all safety and <br /> <br />
