<br /> <br /> <br />operation contemplated by this Permit within a period of six <br />(6) months. Permittee is specifically prohibited from using <br />the permit area as a storage yard for junked equipment or <br />materials, but in no way is it intended that this <br />prohibition shall interfere with Permittee's stockpiling of <br />materials which have been extracted from the permit site. <br />Materials which have not been extracted from the site may <br />not be stockpiled on the permit area unless they are used <br />for purposes of reclamation within a period of six (6) <br />months after being deposited on the site. <br />6. Compliance with State Regulations: The <br />Permittee shall be subject to all State regulations relating <br />to open mining and specifically shall he subject to the <br />Colorado Open Mining band Reclamation Act of 1973. Any <br />violation of any State regulation or Statutes relatinc to <br />this operation shall be grounds for immediate termination of <br />this Permit. <br />7. Rehabilitation of Site: Permittee has repre- <br />sented to the Board of County Commissioners that the <br />excavations created by this operation will be rehabilitated <br />and reclaimed pursuant to the requirements of the Colorado <br />Open Mining Land Reclamation Act of 1973. Specifically, <br />Permittee has represented that in its application to the <br />State of Colorado for a permit to conduct this gravel <br />extraction operation they will provide a land stabilization <br />and reclamation plan pursuant to the Colorado Open Mining <br />Land Reclamation Act of 1973; a copy of said Permit is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and by this reference is <br />incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
