7.6 DISPOSAI, OF ASS SPOIL (4.09)
• ~/TBM is planning on disposing a portion of the overburden mined
:~ fron the "knob" in the southeast quarter of Section 15 into the small
drainage directly adjacent and southwest of it. The process cannnot be
classified as mountain top removal nor can it fit into the valley or
head of hollow fill. Once the area is
brought up to grade topsoil will'be redistributEd over the area and then
the area will be seeded as per the procedure detailed in the I~cla-nation
Plan.
During the wnstruction of the fill a registered engineer or other
qualified professional will perform periodic inspections to ensure fill
stability. ~ fill will be constructed so as to ensure a long term
static safety factor of 1.5.
