7.9 SLSDES AND Oi1~R DAMAGE (4. <br />• TBNlintends to maintain a barrier at the coal outcrop to ensure <br />fill stability and afford protection against slides. Zhe barrier will <br />extend approximately 10 feet in from the outcrop, the actual distance <br />will be dictated by coal quality. At a mininnun a ten foot barrier will <br />be kept in place. <br />In the event a slide does occur TBM will immediately notify the <br />Division of the same. FUrthenrore, TBM will c~ly with any remedial <br />measures required by the Division as long as the slide is the result <br />of 28M' s mining the area. <br />• <br />• <br />VII-13 <br />
