Colorado (including oil or gas and other mineral <br />leases and agricultural leases) to any third party without the <br />express inclusion in such lease, conveyance or grant of a provi- <br />sion by which the rights of such third party are strictly subject <br />to and secondary and subordinate to those of Lessee. This subor- <br />dination requirement does not apply to the balance of the Land as <br />described in attached Exhibit "A." <br />7. Cooperation With Governmental Agencies. Lessor agrees <br />to provide, to and for Lessee, consents to road relocations and <br />closings and any other consents, acknowledgements, affirmations, <br />waivers and relinquishments required by present and future laws, <br />which Lessor is legally capable of providing, to enable Lessee to <br />• exercise its right hereunder and to enjoy its leasehold estate. <br />Lessor agrees to refrain from interfering with, delaying or <br />obstructing Lessee's exercise of any of its rights hereunder, or <br />similar rights on other lands by any means whatever, including by <br />filing protests or making objections to governmental agencies <br />regulating Lessee's business. <br />8. Extension for Facilities. Lessee shall also have, and <br />Lessor hereby grants to Lessee, the option, for two years after <br />the expiration or termination of this Lease, to lease temporary <br />rights-of-way or easements on the Land for facilities for its <br />mining activities in the township in which the Land is situated, <br />and in any township contiguous thereto.
